Not overly fond of spending most of the day at Urgent Care but this is so much better than spending it in an ER. Have to say, the folks at Total Access Urgent Care have been amazing.

Another weekday, another water issue is the charming (insert sarcasm here) city of Saint Louis. Yesterday, we were under a boil advisory and today, our entire block doesn’t have water. ☹️😞

So damn sad to hear about the passing of Leslie Jordan today. He might have become famous on Instagram during the Covid pandemic but he’ll always be Beverley Leslie to me.

Life is just too short to deal with flakes. I’m all for putting in a little more effort to maintain a relationship but if you aren’t even going to attempt to match my energy then there is no reason for me to keep trying. Sometimes the best thing to do is say “goodbye.” 😞

Leftovers for Breakfast
In an effort to stop throwing out so much food, I jazzed up some leftovers for breakfast this morning. I heated up some stir-fried veggie rice, added some cashews (after pan-roasting them briefly), and an egg; it turned out pretty good!
