New insurance is finally active and I was able to price medication for AHDH; on my old insurance, it was $10 for a ninety day supply…with my new insurance it’s $863. 😭

There is something rather satisfying about doing a “pave / nuke” on your Mac, my M2 Air is blazing fast again…and I can once again use WiFi! 🎉🛜

Yesterday was all about maintenance on my UnRaid server and today is rebuilding my MacBook Air; I can’t figure out my networking issues, so I’m starting from scratch. 🤣😂🤪 #nerd

I’ve been (unwillingly) using H&R Block for years (ever since Turbo Tax jacked up their prices) and this is the first year I tried to use it on a Mac. Paid for the Deluxe but the software wants me to buy the State package again. Their representative’s “fix” - install on Windows. #WTF 🤬

Made a big batch of chili in November and froze most of it…heating up some of it tonight for dinner. 🌶️🍲 😋🤤 📷

😡 …and this is why I do my best to avoid using Windows. Upon a restart I was greeted with this “lovely” advertisement.

NO, I do not want to give you more money or data, why are you asking…I already have a backup solution…and just to make sure that you’re “really sure” they ask you again. 😱

It’s never fun driving on snowy roads (especially when the snow is still coming down) but I’m so glad I spent the extra money to get all-wheel drive for my new car. Some person nearly sideswiped me while they were putting on makeup (who does that?!) but my car handled it just fine. ❄️🚗💄

🌨️ Part of me wishes our region had more snow; we get so little, when it happens, everyone seems to loose their mind and panic. 😮‍💨

Even the the @CARROT@mastodon.social bot seems to be loosing it’s mind…but then, it is a sometimes homicidal weather robot…so who can tell? 🤣🤷🏼

Experiencing the oddest tech issue of my life: my Mac Air won’t connect to some domains, including ”captive.apple.com” which means I can’t get on this crappy hotel WiFi. 😭🤷 It might be time for a nuke ‘n pave… 😱
