We had an amazing time in Canada on vacation but upon unpacking the car, we realized the good camera had been left behind in Montreal. 😭 I never thought I’d see that camera again but…the hotel found it and it finally made it back home today. 🥳 📸

I’m done giving out free financial advice to friends: spent hours across multiple weeks explaining Roth IRAs to a friend, setting one up and build an investment plan (even set up some CD ladders)…all for them to get cold feet, cancel everything, and close the account. 😮‍💨

The creator (Amy Franke) has a number of funny prints, giving some serious thought to getting the “Friends” themed one… 🤔

🚶🏼 Finally getting over my head cold (second one of the year, yay 😔) and decided to get out of the house for a light stroll over my lunch break; sunshine and flowers are great for the body and soul. 📷

My mother volunteers in a thrift shop and rescued this sunshade before it was going to be thrown out; the other staff said no one would want the shade but my mother said she knew someone who would love it. 🤣

The first book in a series, it started slow but by the end, I was hooked; reading this took me back to my World of Warcraft days.

The world is just…not a great place right now (in my opinion, with my viewpoints of humanity and our existence in the universe) but one can always count on John Oliver for a great laugh. 📺

Even though “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” makes me want to scream at times, it also makes me laugh.

🎮 Fired up the Switch to take a stroll down memory lane; showing my age but I remember playing the original Final Fantasy on the NES, back in the day. 🤣

I’m enjoying the remake, the quality of life improvements (such as being able to save anywhere) make it feel a little bit more modern. 📷
