Some friends recently redid their backyard and deck…and invited us over to see it mostly complete, as well as enjoy a glass of wine and treats.
The sunset was lovely…the very excitable pup was slightly medicated. π π π·

β β β ββAn interesting book, with a rather weird start to it all. The character development is a little lacking (I really want to know more of the backstory of the main character) but the magic / skill system is interesting.

A faulty software update from cybersecurity vendor Crowdstrike crippled countless Microsoft Windows computers across the globe today, disrupting everything from airline travel and financial institutions to hospitals and businesses online.
The Crowdstrike issue is striking everywhere, two people on my Team can’t use their computers today…and I’m one of them. ππ€

I was in a bit of a “mood” yesterday, just not in a happy place. I finally went for a three-ish mile walk late last night came to the conclusion, for my own mental health, I need to take a tiny break from the news (not tech of course) for a while. π
