As predicted, my banking account is “locked” and I need to call customer support…and the wait time is estimated to be 57 minutes. 😤

Just realized the bank holding my mortgage has changed their customer portal (their term, not mine) for the third time since I became their customer. 😔 I’ll wager a cup of coffee they screwed up the migration of my user profile again, which means I have to call them. 😭 #FirstWorldProblems

Ah, nothing like password change / reset day…first you get to change it on your Mac and then your iPad and iPhone and other work machine…and then you get to change it in Teams and Outlook and all the other products. 🤣

So very tired of New Egg using my number to text me sale spam. Really wish it was possible to sue companies for using numbers given for 2FA to send sales crap. 😮‍💨 Solution: created a burner Google Voice number and now all that crap can go there. 🤣

Hey @Reddit, why are you emailing me interesting posts if I can’t get to any of them? Perhaps instead of lying about communications with 3rd party developer you could tell the truth and just be honest you don’t want them to exist anymore?

I have a love/hate relationship with unit testing but as they just caught a logic bug in some if/else statements, I won’t curse them out this morning. 🤣 #code

Navigating through four screens to cancel my Amazon Prime membership is rather funny. 🤣 Even once I get a confirmation, I’m told how much I saved on shipping…I wonder if Amazon realizes my buying behavior changes when they give me a free month of Prime…? 🤔

So dang happy it’s Friday, even if I am dealing with crazy java dependency issues. Sometimes…or at lot of the time…I really miss .Net 👨🏼‍💻☕️

After trying and failing to get the Holiday decorations out of the basement, I’ve decided to make an early New Years resolution: between tonight and Christmas, I’m going to throw out at least one item every day. 😤😮‍💨

I really need to stop buying physical items from Amazon, based on the last six months of orders, the successful delivery rate is roughly 65% 😮‍💨

Random Thought: Rather amazed at how fast things are falling apart on Twitter…it’s rather sad. My first account on there, I created it back when I was a junior dev at an ad agency, fresh out of college and the closet. Kinda crazy to think how I’ve changed, how the world has changed since then.
