Lost In Haste

It finally happened!  I was offered a job at Infuz!  :)  AND, it is a permanent possition, not contracting!  Oh, how exciting!

Sure, it isn’t as much money as I was hoping for and the drive is going to be a constant pain…  BUT, with this job I’ll soon have enough money to move out of this rat-hole I call my parents house!

When I called my mother to tell her to good news, somehow we ended up on the subject of my living at home still.  I said that I couldn’t wait to leave, to which she replied that she was going to feel sad when I left.  Of course, I called her a liar!  After protesting my statement for a few minutes, she said that part of her was sad because I was leaving.  However, she also told me that another part of her was glad because our family is far from normal (see a previous post entitled Out of the Closet…Again…) and things would be better with me gone.  …I think she ment things would be better for me, as well as the rest of the family (including my two brothers who have been even bigger asses since last weeks event).

Well, I can’t wait!
